    An inventory of the estate of Hodges Council deceased was returned to court by the administratrix and admitted to accord to wit:
    One negro wench & child.  seven head of horses, twelve head of cattle, eighteen head of hogs, one set of blacksmith tools.  One waggon & gears.  Three beds & furniture.  Three wheels & other furniture.  One plow & three hoes.  One loom.  Three pots.  Two ovens and two skillets.
