Peter A. Bailey is living in Tallahatchie Co., Mississippi when he writes his will. In it, he gives all his property to Peter Bailey, is father, of Hopkins County, Kentucky, with a few exceptions.
He names his sister Elizabeth M.A. Haralson.
Martha P. White, wife of Hugh L White to have one bed, now in the possession of Samuel Wordslow.
To my much and respected friend William Cocke, clay bank horse now in the possession of Daniel Holliday, along with all claims and debts from his due to Peter A. Bailey.
