  She was actually Mrs. Vesta Littlefield, so we need to find her maiden name. According to Lida, she and Jere Will met in Sulphur Springs, Texas. Her husband was killed about 2 years before and she had three children ranging in age from 8 to 5. She was quite sickly with kidney and "female" troubles.
