  	Eleanor Morris Gann June 12, 1928 - May 6, 2007 Eleanor Morris Gann, age 78, of England, Arkansas died May 6, 2007. Mrs. Gann was a member of Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society, Phi Alpha Theta Historical Society and Pi Beta Phi Sorority. She graduated Ward-Belmont Academy in Nashville, Tennessee in 1946 and attended Randolph Macon Womens College in Lynchburg, Virginia; graduated the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Arkansas with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science and graduated the University of Arkansas of Little Rock with a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in England where she served on numerous committees. She was a gifted artist and a patron of the Arkansas Arts Center. Mrs. Gann was preceded in death by her parents, Benton Burns and Marguerite Leeth Morris. Survivors are her husband of 53 years, John Gann of England, Arkansas; three sons, James B. Gann (Kathy), McNeil, Arkansas, John W. Gann, Jr. (Mary Howell), Houston, Texas, George H. Gann (Nancy), Little Rock, Arkansas; sister, Barbara Melton (Joe), Lonoke, Arkansas; and 5 grandchildren. A memorial service will be Tuesday, May 8, at the First United Methodist Church of England, Arkansas at 11:00 A.M. The family requests in lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Building Fund of the First United Methodist Church of England, Arkansas.
