    • F.P. Hudson was a noted member of the community of Dallas. His nickname was Dock, but there is no evidence that he was any sort of medical doctor. He was listed in the census as an official of the Court of Ordinary

      On 7 Jan 1886, F.P. Hudson was appointed guardian for Sarah C.Williams, orphan of Charles A. Williams. This is recorded in Administrations and Guardians Bonds, Book A 1885-1939, Paulding County, Georgia, p. 29.

      In his will, F.P. names his wife Salina Laura Hudson, his eldest daughter V.I. Matthews, and his youngest daughter Lela Etta Hudson. The will is witnessed by Robert M. Lee, J.T. Lee, and W.F. Lee.

      In the 1910 census, F.P. is listed as Frank P. Hudson and his occupation is bookkeeper for the ordinary court.

      F.P. Hudson elected to the Court of Ordinary. Bond ($1000) for him to take office 6 Nov 1896. D.L. Jones and S. Robertson, sureties.
