Hollis was born July 31, 1845 In Jefferson County, Republic of Texas. and died April 27, 1926 in Trinity County. Texas. His fathers name was Jesse H. Hollis [not Jesse F.] I have the rest of Jesse and Artemise's childen --where born , when, etc. My grandmother was Lenora "Nora" Hollis b. 1887-1949.
Her father was Thomas Henry "Evin " Hollis. I was also born in Trinity, County, Texas March 2. 1932.
