Notes - Favre was a 1st cousin to Nannie and she was very fond of him. He was a retired Navy officer who never married or had a family. I have two cassettes of a conversation that Nannie, Papaw, and he had one afternoon in February of 1977. Shortly after that, he moved from Memphis to the Naval Home in Gulfport, MS.
Sometimes seen as Faver.
