Almand Jr being the only debtor left alive to said note bind myself heirs and assignees for the same unto the said P.B. Almand his heirs and assigns until said note with ten per cent interest on it is paid from the time it was due then after that the balance is the said D.B. Almands own. The said P.B. Almand concents.
