  From Findagrave: Married 1950 ------------------------------------ BETTY JEWELL VIRGINIA WATKINS COOPER--Betty Jewell Virginia Watkins, 73, of Commerce died Sunday, June 22, 2008, at her home. Funeral services are set for 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 25, at Delta Funeral Home Chapel with Cooper Thacker officiating. Interment follows in Oaklawn Cemetery. The family receives friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. She was born March 5, 1935, in Walters, OK and was the daughter of William M. Chancellor and Effie Studebaker Chancellor. She married W. C. Watkins. He preceded her in death, July 25, 1999. She was also preceded in death by a son, Larry Watkins and a daughter, Geneva Robinson. Survivors include her sons, Tommy Watkins and Michael Watkins, of Commerce; daughters, Linda Sagent of Commerce, Janet Trejo of Wolf City, Mary Ann Pratt and Jewel May Schoolcraft of Belton; sisters, Alice Moore, Gracie Price, Edna Reynolds and Joyce Toles, all of Cooper; 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
