  	From Findagrave: Frances Hughes, 75, of Scranton died Friday, Sept. 5, 2008 in Clarksville. She was born Aug. 22, 1933 in Logan County to Ray and Mildred (Harrison) Hughes. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Mildred (Harrison) Hughes, one sister, Daisy Judd, two great-nieces, Michelle Grant, Rebecca Burnett and one great nephew, Trent Choate. She was a member of Scranton Holiness Church and a homemaker. Funeral service was at 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 8, 2008 at Scranton Holiness Church with burial at Elizabeth Hall Cemetery in New Blaine under the direction of Smith Mortuary of Charleston. She is survived by five sisters, Armenda Roberts of Vian; Jane Shorter of Terre Haute, Ind.; Marron Hughes of Scranton; Sue Johnston of Lake Jackson, Tex. and Betty Brown of Clarksville; three brothers, Harlan Hughes of Sapulpa, Okla., Billy Hughes of Scranton and James Ray Hughes of Sand Springs, Okla.; 16 nieces; nine nephews; 26 great-nieces; 23 great nephews; 14 great-great nieces and 10 great-great nephews. Pallbearers were Sammy Hughes, David Hughes, Delbert Hughes, Kevin Roberts, Craig Roberts and Greg Cassity.
