819 | Bernice is not listed in the 1910 census enumerated with her parents, but her mother says that all three of her children are still living. This is good since Bernice marries in 1913. I am unable to find her as a part of E.G. Meadows household (or his household at all) in the 1930 census. She is not listed as a surviving daughter in her mother's 1943 obituary, so presumably she died prior to her mother. In fact, the obituary for her father in 1930 notes that he has been raising his two grandchildren, Miles and Morice Meadows. Bernice is sometimes seen as Bernice S. |
