 #   Notes   Linked to
3701 On her death certificate, there is not a lot of information. Her father is recorded as Rev. Cole and her birth place is listed as Paris, Tennessee. Her age is shown as 75 years and 8 months. But the informant does not have alot of detailed knowledge.

Informant is J.W. Deshazo, Jr.
Cole, Francis Elizabeth (I1990)

3702 On his draft registration card, he noted that he only had initials (M.D.) rather than a regular name. His father was Marcus DeLafray and it looks like he was really a Jr., called M.D. Armstrong, Marcus DeLafray (I495)

3703 On his presumed passport application, he claimed he was from Webster, Winston County, Mississippi.

I cannot find that place. There is a Webster County, a Winston County, and a town of Webster and a town of Winston, but none that match that combination.
Huckaby, E. Maurice (I10126)

3704 On his WWI draft card, Bennie is listed as the manager of the mill commissary for the Arcadia Cotton Mill. He is medium height, medium build, with light blue eyes and light hair. Johnson, Benjamin Wofford (I3951)

3705 On his WWI draft registration, he said he was born in Van Buren. Other times, he says Alma. Frazer, Jere Cason (I3012)

3706 On John Faver's 1830 Census enumeration, there is a female aged 50-60, which is presumably Henrietta. So, her death is likely between 1830 and 1836. Faver, Henrietta (I2873)

3707 On the 1806 tax list, we find:
1806 Tax List
p. 8, Capt Chiles Co,
Council, Hodges, 200 ac, 1 free poll, 1 slave
Council, Jesse, 230 ac, no free poll
Council, John, 210 ac, 1 free poll
Council, Matthew, 100 ac, 1 free poll
Council, Isaac, 0 ac, 1 free poll

I believe Jesse is Isaac's dad.
Council, Isaac (I2126)

3708 On the 19th inst., at the residence of the bride's father, in Vinton, Lowndes County, Mr. Wm. N. Hodo and Miss Sallie A. Trotter; by Elder J.H. Cason. May their lives be as happy as the worthy groom and his beautiful bride deserve, and there will be more of sunshine than of cloud. Cason, Rev. Jeremiah Harris (I1521)

3709 On the birth record, it records Michael F. Boyle as the son of John & Margaret Farley, but this just appears to be the way that the clerk has recorded things rather than an indication that "John Farley" was the father. The town birth record is for 1869 rather than 1868 (as seen elsewhere). Boyle, Michael F. (I1108)

3710 On the Census, it is very difficult to make out this name. It couldbe Posse, Pope, or something else. Posse (I5155)

3711 On the census, Samuel is listed as an inmate in the city jail. He is also listed as a Widower. Bailey, Samuel H. (I678)

3712 On the marriage license, Delma listed her age as "legal years" and no one seemed to have any questions. It would appear she was 38 and was marrying a man who was 28. Family: William Bennett Darden / Delma Gulley (F3772)

3713 On the motion of Elizabeth Hill one of the executors named in the will of William Hill dec'd who took the oath of an executor and together with John Brand and Thomas Pritchett her securities entered into and acknowledged bond in the penalty of one hundred pounds certificate is granted her for obtaining aprobat thereof in due form. Elizabeth (I9527)

3714 On the motion of John Hill who made oath and together with Sir Peyton Shipwith his security entered into and acknowledged this bond in the penalty of two hundred pounds as the Law directs certificate is granted him for obtaining letters of administration of the Estate of Elizabeth Hill decd in due form. Elizabeth (I9527)

3715 On this census, his wife is listed as Jane rather than Mary and no son is there. Likewise, neither of the daughters are listed and they should be. This might be the wrong Bernard. But that seems unlikely since he is so close to the Boyles. Farley, Bernard (I9354)

3716 On this marriage record, it shows Ben Gillespie and Eva Kingsley married on 5 Sep 1910. This is pretty clearly the Eva Kimball / Kingwell of family record and the census. It might be worthwhile to look at the original for verification. Family: Ben Gillespie / Eva Kingwell (F2898)

3717 On Thursday, the 24th day of Dec., 1868, at the residence of Z. Pulliam, Esq., the bride's father, by Rev. J. H. Cason, Mr. Francis Oscar Evans and Miss Mary Pulliam, of Pickensville, Alabama. Cason, Rev. Jeremiah Harris (I1521)

3718 Once you get back to Ireland, the records become somewhat confusing and less based on actual documentation. Instead, they are based on family histories written through the ages. Dickson, Simon (I8201)

3719 One census says her birth was in 1875, but 1910 says she is 40 years old. The 1930 census says that she was 19 when she first married. Cornelius, S. Ellen (I7)

3720 One family record records his birth as Otway A. Bailey. Clearly wrong. Bailey, Otway Licepious (I656)

3721 One family record spells her name Amanda M. Shaver. Family: Hume Field Bailey / Amanda Malrina Shafer (F431)

3722 One might suspect that Rachel Caits died not long after Henry Vincentdied. In 1850, her son, Adolphus, was living with M.T. Cooper and hiswife Sarah, half-brother of Adophus.

INVENTORY: There is an inventory and sale for Joshua Cates, 22 Dec1838 in Rutherford Co., TN. Included in the inventory is one note onHenry Vinson for $81.50 due 25 Dec 1838, considered good. Totaladministration was $28676.25, including 4 negroes. Inventory wassigned John Cates, Henry Vinson, administrators. From this, I wouldsuppose that John Cates is brother to Rachel and Joshua might be herfather.
Caites, Rachel (I1328)

3723 One record says Feb 9, the Mass. Marriage Records says Feb 19 Family: William Henry Boyle / Catherine Alice Mulready (F3139)

3724 One record says this was in Weymouth, but it's in the Randolph town records. Family: Michael F. Boyle / Ellen Theresa Callahan (F1410)

3725 One source says he was born in 1901, but the 1920 census says he is only 9 years old, so 1911 is more likely. Hudson, Charles Weaver (I3731)
