    In the name of God Amen I John ffavor of the County of Essex being sick and weak of body but good sound disposing memory praise be given to God for the same do make this my Last Will & Testament in manner and form following that is to say first and principally I resign my soul into the mercyfull hands of Almighty God my Creator assuredly hoping through the merits of my blessed Savior to obtain remission of all my Sins and my body I commit to the Earth whence it was taken to be buryed without any issue by my Exec. herein after named & as for my worldly goods & Estate the Lord hath lent me I dispose of as followth ,Imprimis

    Item I give unto my wife Suzana ffavor addition & her oldest Son John ffavor the plantation called porige pot and all the Land belonging to it to him & his heirs & the rest and residue of my estate after my debts & funeral expenses discharged to be equally divided amongst my wife and all my Children & I do give this Lease of Land during the time to my wife during her widowhood & to my Eldest sons John ffavor Winifret and Theophilus ffavor my three Children born of Mary ffavor I do make Executs of this my Last Will & Testament revoquin all other wills heretofore by me made and in case my wife Suzana will not stand to this my Will and Testament not withstanding what is give above I cut of all her Children with a English shelin from any part or parasell of any of my Estate.
