John married Henrietta Faver about 1794 in Culpeper, Virginia, United States. Henrietta (daughter of William Faver) was born in Culpeper, Virginia, United States; died before 1836 in Limestone, Alabama, United States. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]

    Notes:

    Married her cousin

There is a marriage record in 1836 Limestone County, Alabama for a marriage of Henrietta Faver to Andrew Wofford. Andrew purchased a slave at John Faver Jr's estate sale. John Wofford (Andrew's father) ended up as the guardian of several Wofford children. I don't think there was a divorce, and Andrew Wofford's will names his wife M.F. Wofford. Who is this Henrietta?

    Died:
On John Faver's 1830 Census enumeration, there is a female aged 50-60, which is presumably Henrietta. So, her death is likely between 1830 and 1836.

    Children:
    1. 1. Elizabeth Faver was born on 29 Mar 1795 in Culpeper, Virginia, United States; died on 24 Mar 1867 in Simmons Bluff, Wilson, Tennessee, United States; was buried in Simmons Bluff, Wilson, Tennessee, United States.
