    The deeds from 1765 to 1768 from William Hill to his sons appear to be a different William Hill, perhaps the one who has 417 acres in the land tax books. But, it appears that the William & Elizabeth who are parents of John, William, etc. are different people.

    Found for the plaintiff. Pltf to recover 750 L plus costs. But the judgment is to be discharged by payment of L 375 with interest from 10 Jan 1772 and the pltf agrees to stay execution till the meeting of the merchants in June and the deft agrees to to Replace their effects.
