  	Shirley Mae Shifflett peacefully passed away at home with family on Wednesday October 21, 2020 at the age 87. She was a native of Bedico, LA and a longtime resident of Metairie. Shirley enjoyed Bingo, playing cards, Mardi Gras, riding her bike, country music and above all spending time with her family and friends. Beloved wife of the late George “Jack” O. Shifflett. Beloved mother of Clara Childers (Merrill), Donna Winkles (Bobby), June Eschette (Keith) and George Shifflett (Stacey). Loving step-mom to Sandra Shifflett and Cathy Hickox. Grandmother of Christine Meek, Lindsey Stallings, Victoria Cristina, Bobby Winkles, Jr., Amanda Montenegro, Nicholas Eschette and George J. Shifflett. Great-grandmother of Shane Meek, Brianna Meek and the late Roman Montenegro. Daughter of the late Mary Sticker Reinhardt and Sonny James Reinhardt. Sister of Margaret Stallings and the late Rufus “RA” Sticker, George Sticker, James “Pee Wee” Sticker (Evelyn) and Mary Myers. The family would like to give special thanks to St. Louis King of France Council on aging. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at L. A. Muhleisen & Son Funeral Home, 2607 Williams Blvd., Kenner on Tuesday, October 27, 2020 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. followed by a Memorial Service at 3:00 p.m.
