      In the name of God Amen I John ffavor of the County of Essex beingsick and weak of body but good sound disposing memory praise be givento God for the same do make this my Last Will & Testament in mannerand form following that is to say first and principally I resign mysoul into the mercyfull hands of Almighty God my Creator assuredlyhoping through the merits of my blessed Savior to obtain remission ofall my Sins and my body I commit to the Earth whence it was taken tobe buryed without any issue by my Exec. herein after named & as for myworldly goods & Estate the Lord hath lent me I dispose of as followth,Imprimis

      Item I give unto my wife Suzana ffavor addition & her oldest Son Johnffavor the plantation called porige pot and all the Land belonging toit to him & his heirs & the rest and residue of my estate after mydebts & funeral expenses discharged to be equally divided amongst mywife and all my Children & I do give this Lease of Land during thetime to my wife during her widowhood & to my Eldest sons John ffavorWinifret and Theophilus ffavor my three Children born of Mary ffavor Ido make Executs of this my Last Will & Testament revoquin all otherwills heretofore by me made and in case my wife Suzana will not standto this my Will and Testament not withstanding what is give above Icut of all her Children with a English shelin from any part orparasell of any of my Estate.
